Exercise
Early morning brisk walk/jog for 30 min
Regular exercise , do asana ( yogic posture)suryanamaskar, swimming ,gardening, play games
• breath deeply and keep an erect posture always
• Pass bowel motion twice a day
• Bath twice a day with cold water
• Pay/meditate twice a day
 
Rest
• After every meal pass urine and relax in vajrasana for 5 to 15 min
• Sleep on a medium /hard bed with a thin pillow.
• Forget your worries and be relax when you go to bed.

• Keep at least three hours gap between dinner and bedtime.
 
Food
• Chew well and eat slowly and calmly.
• Eat according to your hunger, fill only three-fourth of your stomach
• Fix timing of meal mor 11-12 evening 6-7.30 pm

• Use only pure oil having unsaturated fats .
• Take more of raw food-sprouts,fresh green leaf vegetables, seasonal fruits, salad, juice, raw chutaney,lemon ,honey,
• Take butter milk after meal.
• Cooked food should include whole flour,unpolished rice,
