Tulasi drink ( for 4 )
Tulasi leaves 20
Fat free milk  1 cup
Water 3 cup
 Jaggery syrup  50 ml
Cardamom powder  1 gm
 
Fresh tulasi leaves boil in water for 10 min . Strain the water and add to it fresh milk boiled separately and jaggery syrup. Add cardamom powder add stir well. Recommended for chronic respiratory disorders , malaria, common cold

crushed ginger 1 small piece
 water 3 cup
jagery syrup  50 ml
Cardamom powder 1 gm
 
Fresh tulasi leaves ,meant & gingeer boil in water for 10 min . Strain the water and add to jaggery syrup. Add cardamom powder add stir well. It is very testy drink and good appetizer
